BKMF
German Dwarf Sports (DKS) is a working group of the Federal Association of Short-Statured People and Their Families (Bundesverband Kleinwüchsige Menschen und ihre Familien e. V., BKMF). As part of this non-profit self-help association, we are committed to promoting sport, physical activity and social participation for short-statured people in Germany. Together we create opportunities for children, young people and adults, organise sporting events, training camps and national and international competitions, and foster exchange within our community.
Since 1988, the BKMF has represented the interests of short-statured people and their families. Alongside counselling, networking and information services, the association advocates for inclusion, equal opportunity and the breaking down of prejudice. The work of German Dwarf Sports is closely tied to the goals of the BKMF and is carried by the dedicated voluntary commitment of many members.
So that we can continue to make sporting activities, encounters and projects for short-statured people possible in the future, we welcome any support. Whether through BKMF membership, volunteering or a donation – every contribution helps strengthen our work for the long term.
You can find more information on the BKMF website. Support our work through your membership or donation, and help promote participation, community and sport for short-statured people.
