Team Germany
Team Germany represents the community of short-statured athletes who are active in a range of sports with passion and commitment at German Dwarf Sports.
Our athletes have already taken part in numerous World Dwarf Games. We are currently preparing for the 2027 World Dwarf Games in Australia – with the goal of competing there with at least 50 athletes.
Team Germany is active in many sports, including Track & Field, Swimming, Table Tennis, Soccer, Volleyball, Basketball, Badminton and Boccia. This variety allows our athletes to find the sport that best suits their interests and abilities.
Equipment
With adidas as our official outfitter and 11teamsports as partner, German Dwarf Sports presents itself not only as a strong team on the field but also as a visually unified one. Our matching kit makes us recognisable as "Team Germany" at national and international competitions alike.

The current kit remains valid through 2027 and will accompany our team across numerous competitions. For the 2027 World Dwarf Games in Australia, there will also be a separate, exclusive tournament kit.

Whether you are already active in sport or just want to get started – you are very welcome at German Dwarf Sports. We offer you an inclusive, supportive and motivating community with a wide range of sporting activities, regular training camps and the chance to become part of Team Germany – the German national team for the World Dwarf Games.
Who can take part? Short-statured people from Germany – and from neighbouring Austria and Switzerland – who enjoy sport, exercise and community. No fixed membership is required to take part in the DKS.
